What do i do if i have an existing website?
First of all, that’s great! Happy that you are online. We do site rebuilds or specific development needs à la carte as well. Just fill out the quick questionnaire or contact us form! Let’s revamp your site.
What is included with my plan?
All our plans come with website maintenance- WordPress core file & PHP updates, daily offsite backups, malware scans, IP firewall, security clean ups, plugin & theme updates, server-side caching, and SSLs. For specific plan info, check out https://yokedmarketing.io/pricing/
Why is maintenance required?
We’ve been in the web space for a hot minute now and have seen it all- downtime, hackers, slow page load times, etc. To keep your site as secure, fast, and optimized at all times, we take care of keeping all aspects of your online assets updated and protected.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Depending on your site needs (rebuild, custom new, optimization, e-commerce), it can take 4-8 weeks. But don’t worry, in our 4-Step Process, you have full visibility into each stage of the timeline as we give you a link to a staging site where we also get your feedback.
Do you have annual contracts?
We do not hold our partners to any long term contracts. What you see on the Pricing Plan is what you get as we hope to earn your business again each month. Now if you’d like an annual contract (which is discounted), we do have that option too just let us know!
How do I Cancel my plan with you?
Oh no! We hate to see you go but totally understand. Just shoot us an email or give us a call. For any unused time of your plan, you will receive a prorated refund from us. We hope to have you back soon!
Do you have a referral Program?
We take pride in the fact that most of our business is from word of mouth! Thank you for the vote of confidence in our work. Although we don’t have a formal program, we do offer 50% of whichever plan your referral signs up for. If you’re an existing partner of ours, these credits can be counted toward your existing plan as well! Happy referring.
